- This
(50 Points).
is the best training result so far. 5 shots from 15 meters distance on
12.5 m colt target. The handgun I used was an old Ruger MK-II, 22LR.
However this is not my typical training result. The average indoor training
result is between 480-520 points on 60 shot series. The best result I have
obtained on these indoor trainings so far are 535 points.
- Here
(91 Points).
is the best black powder training result so far.
13 shots from 25 meters distance on standard 25 m pistol target.
Here I used my own Uberti replica remington 1858 cal. 44 percussion
black powder revolver. The rules in this 13 shot class, are that you shoot
13 shots in 30 minutes. Then you count the 10 best shots.
This result gave 91 points. The difference with black powder target shooting
and ordinary pistol target shooting rules is that in black powder the center
of the bullet hole has to cross the line. In standard pistol target rules
it is enough for the bullet edge to touch/cross the line.

Black powder interests
- My
salute cannon
is the realization of an old childhood dream.
I use it mostly on new years eve, and occasionly on other events.
This is a almost the correct
sound, when a salute cannon like this is fired. Note however this is NOT a weapon.
It's a combination of a classical music instrument, a signaling device,
an antique and fireworks! Most of all it is an interesting hobby.
- This
Remington 1858 percussion revolver cal. 44 is the weapon I use
in the Mariette class.
- The
Parker of London 1810 smoothbore flintlock pistol cal. 45 is
the weapon I use in the Cominazzo class.
